Swim Park and Resort Pool
Whether you are looking for a romantic retreat, celebrating a special event, or just looking to unwind after a long day, the swim park is an ideal escape with spectacular panoramic views of Lake Travis. Relax in the privacy of your own poolside cabana, or grab a cocktail from the swim-up bar while your children can play in the many pools, the giant waterslide, or you can join them for a leisurely float down our lazy river.
The Clubhouse
Featuring a 3,200 sq. ft. state-of-the-art activity center in the heart of our contemporary, urban Farmhouse Collection. The Clubhouse is an expansive entertainment space for Reserve residents. Enjoy a relaxing indoor lounge with plenty of seating, game tables, and big-screen televisions, as well as a covered outdoor space with kitchen and BBQ area for cool evenings.
The Community
Head over to our catch and release fishing pond to enjoy a stocked pond, fishing piers, and ¼ mile of walking, running, and biking path. Across from the fishing pond is our community sports courts. Whether you are looking to get some practice hits in or just looking to have some fun, our top-of-the-line tennis court is sure to serve up a good time.

Located on the prized south shore of Lake Travis and in the coveted Lake Travis ISD, The Reserve is ideally situated for enjoying all Central Texas has to offer. Lake Travis, the crown jewel of the Highland Lakes, attracts water enthusiasts of all types, including wakeboarders and water skiers.
